Building on more than 80 years of excellence, Bok Tower Gardens provides authentic and engaging educational experiences. The mission of the Garden Campus is to connect and engage learners of all ages in quality programming that creates appreciation, knowledge and awareness of the environment, art, history and culture. All programming and field trips meet Florida Sunshine State Standards, FCAT and Polk County Learning Maps benchmarks. Designed to be an extension of your classroom, programs include our Tools for Teachers Curriculum Guide to use before and after your field trip experience.

Registration Information

To register for a field trip or special event e-mail us at programs@boktower.org or call 863.332.0742.

• Please provide the following information when you e-mail or call:
  • Program and field trip name
  • Name of contact and school
  • School or home address, phone number and e-mail
  • Number of participants
  • Grade level
  • Arrival date and time
• Make your reservation at least two weeks in advance.
• Reservations required for groups of 10 or more.
• One total payment is due on the day of your visit (check, credit card, cash or P.O.)
• All trips and events include the use of picnic areas – complete with large sandbox, vine-covered tunnel and bamboo tree house.
• The Gardens encourages your students to wear name tags and school/camp t-shirts during field trip visits.
• Bus and vehicle parking is complimentary.
